2. What this website is — and what it is not

This website is an interactive preview of a planned marketplace for collector cars. It shows example vehicles, a fee calculator, and clearly labelled simulations of the functions planned for later operation.

It is not an auction house, not a broker and not a marketplace in operation. No auctions are running, no bids are accepted, no contracts are concluded, no payments are collected and no payouts are made.

All vehicles, sellers, prices, bids, results, settlements and support cases shown are example data created for this preview. No real vehicle is offered for sale here.

3. Editorial responsibility

Descriptions of example vehicles are illustrative texts. They are not condition reports, not inspections and not statements of a seller.

4. Image rights and third-party content

All photographs come from Wikimedia Commons and are used under the licences documented on the image credits page (/image-credits), with author, licence link, note of the changes made (cropped and resized) and the source page named for every single file. Photographs and texts from other auction platforms were not taken over, and no press images are used.

The photographs show vehicles of the same model at public events; they do not show the example cars described on the lot pages, and those example cars are not for sale. Licence plates and identifiable persons were made unrecognisable before publication where the detectors in our build chain found them. If a plate or a person nevertheless remains recognisable, the image is removed on notice.

Fonts are used under their licence (Playfair Display and Inter, SIL Open Font License) and are served from this server. No external font or script services are called.

5. Consumer dispute resolution

Because this preview does not conclude contracts with consumers, the EU online dispute resolution platform is not relevant for its operation.

Whether the later marketplace will participate in, or be obliged to participate in, a consumer arbitration body is an open legal question. It will be clarified and documented before any real operation, not assumed here.
