What is settled and what is still open
We publish the status of the legal work honestly instead of presenting a checklist as legal certainty:
- In force for this preview: the terms of use, the privacy notice and the community rules — as they describe the actual operation.
- Explicitly a working draft, not in force: the platform terms (AGB) for the later real operation.
- Still open: verified operator master data for the imprint, the binding fee schedule for the target market, the seller participation rate, and the legal assessments named in the AGB draft (§ 23).
- Not claimed anywhere: that online auctions generally exclude withdrawal rights, or that this preview is already fully assessed in legal terms.
These texts were prepared with care for this preview. They are not legal advice and not proof of legal safety; open questions stay open until they are clarified by a qualified review.
